Ministry Business School terms of study

These terms govern your relationship with Ministry Business School as a student. Read alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Academic Integrity Policy.

What we agree to

  • Admit you fairly, on the same standards we apply to every applicant.
  • Deliver the curriculum you paid for, at the cadence advertised on your program page.
  • Provide the mentor cadence stated for your program.
  • Keep your writing and mentor sessions confidential per our Privacy Policy.
  • Give you a written response — positive or negative — to every material request.
  • Issue your credential promptly upon completion.

What you agree to

  • Provide accurate information on your application and in your assignments.
  • Pay tuition on the plan you selected. If a payment fails, we will contact you and, if unresolved after fourteen days, suspend access.
  • Not share your login. MBS accounts are personal, not organisational.
  • Not reproduce or redistribute lesson content outside your own church. Quoting a paragraph in a sermon or a staff meeting is fine.
  • Treat faculty and other students with respect. Bullying, harassment, or bad-faith conduct is grounds for dismissal without refund.
  • Uphold our Academic Integrity Policy.

How programs run

Programs are self-paced within the stated envelope. If life makes a pause necessary — illness, bereavement, a sudden pastoral crisis — write to admissions and we will pause your enrolment without penalty, up to six months.

Withdrawal and refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: cancel monthly plans any time; annual and one-time plans are fully refundable in the first fourteen days.

Complaints

If we get something wrong, tell us at hello@ezinelearning.com. If the response is unsatisfactory, escalate to the faculty lead by writing "escalation" in the subject line. You will receive a written response within ten working days.

Limitation

MBS teaches the business of ministry, not doctrine, theology, or the individual pastoral care of your congregation. Nothing on the platform, including counsel from mentors or output from the AI Ministry Advisor, is legal, financial, or clinical advice for your specific church, and it should not be used as a substitute for the professional advice of a qualified counsel in your jurisdiction.
