Ministry Business School refund policy

Monthly plans

Cancel at any time from your student dashboard, or by writing to billing@ezinelearning.com. Your access continues until the end of the paid month; there is no partial-month proration.

Annual and one-time plans

Fully refundable within fourteen days of your first sign-in, no reason required. After fourteen days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis by admissions.

Compassion refunds

Refunds are frequently granted after the fourteen-day window for reasons of illness, bereavement, or a genuine change of pastoral context. Write to admissions with a sentence about what has happened; you will hear back within five working days.

Bursaries and church-paid tuition

Bursary-supported enrolments follow the same policy. Where the church board paid, any refund is returned to the church, not the individual pastor.

Regional pricing

Regional-priced tuition is refunded at the amount actually paid, in the currency actually paid.

How to request

Write to billing@ezinelearning.com with your enrolment email and the reason. Refunds are processed within seven working days of approval, back to the original payment method.
