Yes. Both Stripe and Paystack email a receipt at the moment of payment. If your church needs a formal invoice with a specific line item or a specific church-name-on-file, email support@ezinelearning.com after you enroll and we send one within two business days.

Each lesson is a written body you can read in roughly 30–45 minutes, structured the same way every time — an outcome you will hold by the end, worked examples in six or seven different pastor contexts, a concrete Week deliverable (a sheet, a checklist, a template), reflection prompts that save privately to your account, and a clear redirect to a licensed professional if the lesson brushes their territory.

No. This is entirely written material you work through at your own pace. There is no scheduled call, no cohort, no assigned mentor, and no coach relationship. When you need a real professional's input on your specific situation, the lesson names the type of professional (attorney, licensed accountant, licensed clinician, safeguarding officer) and asks you to reach one in your own jurisdiction.

Not yet. Team enrollment (one payment covering the whole staff, shared operations manual, role-based paths) is on the roadmap for a future release. For now every enrollment is per person.

Where a topic touches domains that require a licensed professional — legal formation, tax handling, safeguarding, clinical mental health, HR — the lesson says so plainly and redirects you to the professional in your jurisdiction.
