Ministry Business School · Est. an eZine specialized school
Executive Christian education for pastors, church planters, and Christian organizations. Governance, finance, operations, people, growth, and multiplication — the work Bible school never taught you, taught here with the language and conscience of the church.
Or read three sample lessons before you commit.
Why MBS exists
Seminary trains for the pulpit. It rarely trains for the board room, the budget, the safeguarding policy, or the second-service rota. MBS closes that gap.
Business books were written for corporations, not congregations. Adapting them by guesswork produces churches that feel like companies. We teach the disciplines in the language of the church.
A 40-person village church is not a 4,000-seat multi-site. MBS names nine contexts and teaches each on its own terms — without either envy or condescension.

Newly established →Simple systems that scale down without embarrassment.
Small-church pathway →Name what has ossified. Rebuild it.
Stalled pathway →See the next ceiling before it breaks the church.
Growing pathway →The Sunday held together across services.
Multi-service →Central operations, campus autonomy, real federation.
Multi-location →Pastor the people watching from a phone.
Online pathway →Context shapes the ministry. So does its training.
Context pathway →In the words of pastors
“I planted with prayer and courage. What I did not have was a first-year operating manual. MBS gave me one — and the confidence to lead from it.”
“We survived our launch. What MBS gave us was the discipline to build a church that would still be here in ten years, whether or not I was.”
“I stopped trying to run my sixty-person church like a small version of Hillsong. MBS taught me to run it as a strong version of itself.”
Student experience
Three to four hours a week. Read on Monday. Draft on Tuesday. Sharpen with the AI Advisor on Wednesday. Optional cohort on Thursday. Finish on Friday. Weekend belongs to the church.
Faculty
MBS faculty are senior pastors, executive pastors, planting veterans, ministry accountants, safeguarding leads, and communications professionals who have led inside real churches for years.
