Every MBS program is executive-grade — taught for pastors who are already carrying the weight of a congregation, and who need instruction that turns into action inside their own church within days, not years.
The Church Planter Intensive
A 16-week intensive for aspiring planters and pastors in the first 24 months of a new work. Legal formation, launch team, first-service logistics, giving from zero, and the operating skeleton of a church that can sustain growth.
The Small Church Rescue Track
A concentrated 12-module track for the pastor of a small, stalled, or under-resourced church — where the leader is bivocational, the volunteer base is thin, and every hour must count. Bias toward simple, sustainable systems.
Multi-Location Leadership Residency
A 9-month executive residency for the pastor of a multi-service, multi-location, or online-and-physical church. Central operations, campus autonomy, financial federation, brand consistency, and safeguarding at scale.
